Chris Kamara and Jeff Stelling recently organized a reunion dinner for former Sky Sports colleagues, though surprisingly only five people attended. Both veteran broadcasters spent decades working on the popular show Soccer Saturday with a host of ex-footballers and journalists.
Kamara left Sky Sports in 2022 after being diagnosed with Apraxia of Speech, a condition that viewers had noticed affecting his speech. Stelling departed a year later, concluding his extensive 25-year career with Sky Sports.
The reunion brought Kamara and Stelling back together with former Arsenal player Charlie Nicholas, a Soccer Saturday pundit for 24 years. Match reporter Bianca Westwood, who left Sky Sports in 2023, also attended.
